The Kia EV6 WD Type CV is an all-electric crossover SUV based on the innovative E-GMP platform (Electric Global Modular Platform) from Hyundai-Kia. This platform enables 800-volt fast-charging technology, which allows the battery to be charged to 80% in just 18 minutes. In the most powerful GT version, the EV6 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in an impressive 3.5 seconds, which puts it on a par with a sports car. The combination of a low centre of gravity, balanced weight distribution and precise steering makes the Kia EV6 a dynamic vehicle even as standard. With the KW coilover suspension V3, the sporty potential of the Kia EV6 can be further maximised. The stepless lowering of 20-45 mm at the front and rear axle lowers the centre of gravity even further, which leads to even better cornering stability and reduced body roll. Aerodynamics play a particularly important role in an electric vehicle such as the EV6 - lowering the suspension can also contribute to lower air resistance and optimised efficiency. KW coilover suspension V3 - technology from motorsport The KW coilover suspension V3 is one of the most popular performance suspensions for sporty vehicles and is based on experience from motorsport. It has a two-way adjustable damping technology that allows separate adjustment of the rebound and compression damping. This allows the driving behaviour to be individually tailored to the requirements of the driver and the road. Advantages of rebound and compression adjustment:

- Rebound: Influences the compression and rebound of the bodywork and ensures greater driving stability at high speeds.

- Compression: Regulates the resistance during compression, which has a direct influence on steering behaviour and traction.

The dampers of the KW V3 are equipped with TVR-A and TVC-A technology:

- TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound Adjustable): Provides sensitive adjustment of the rebound damping in 16 clicks.

- TVC-A (Twin Valve Compression Adjustable): Allows compression adjustment in 12 clicks for more precise vehicle control.

Thanks to the stainless steel Inox-Line technology, the suspension remains corrosion-resistant and durable even under demanding conditions. In addition, KW suspensions are matched to modern electronic driver assistance systems so that the functionality of ABS and ESP remains optimally guaranteed.
